📦 FROM UPS TO THE PALOUSE: After years as a dedicated UPS employee handling demanding early shifts, Junior took an early retirement, packed up our blended family of eight children, and left Utah after 30 years to build a lifelong dream on the Palouse.
🧭 RESILIENCE & FAMILY: Growing up in the foster care system, Junior learned the true power of community and island hospitality. Our business is built on a memory—watching Mom and his sisters hand-grate and shred fresh fruit into giant bowls for authentic Polynesian OTAI. We honor that recipe by hand-shredding fresh Watermelon, Cantaloupe, and Honeydew daily into a rich coconut milk base. No blenders, no artificial powders.
🏡 FAMILY-DRIVEN: Family is our ultimate motivation. Our family spans the map, from our two grandsons in Ohio to our two brave sons serving LDS missions in Africa and the Philippines. Natalie ensures everyone who steps to our counter is treated with that exact household love.
